Pregnancy yoga is great to help relax and prepare your body and mind. All pregnancy classes are suitable for women at any stage of their pregnancy.
I teach pregnancy yoga every Wednesday in the beautiful studio at We Are Wellness 6.45-8pm.
Booking is essential as space is limited to 12 women per week. You can book your place here -
However pregnant women are more than welcome at my weekly yoga for women classes.
I also really enjoy working 1-1 with pregnant women, so if you feel as though you would benefit some private classes, please get in touch.

My weekly Yoga for Women/Womb yoga classes are designed for all women who want to relax, take a few deep breaths and escape from daily life into a supportive environment where women can just be. Using mindful breath awareness and gentle movement, these mid week evening classes are guaranteed to allow you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and leave you feeling revived and refreshed and ready to return to your busy life with a rested spirit.
